Why am I stuck at .11a? I'm frustrated!?

I don't get it, I'm really fit, perfectly built for climbing...lean, light, and strong. I can do 8-10 pull ups with 45 lbs chained to my waist, 25-30 pullups with no weight. But I can barely flail my way up .11a's (leading bolts). I've been climbing for many years and I don't feel like my technique (footwork) is particularly bad, but still....my forearms pump out almost instantly on .11's and then I'm toast after that. I feel like I should be climbing much harder with my level of strength and skill. But I'm stuck in intermediate land. What to do? Seems like my forearms/grip endurance are my limiting factor.
