Headaches im recently been waking up with a headache, its like pressure from back of neck up into whole head.?

Also having like jolts or shocks through my right side of inner head which r then followed by said headaches, when i get up or move around the pressure worsens until im stationary again and will return to original headahe, occasionally i will have severe eye pain also like a throbbing of eye . As of late have been feeling lethargic, woozy, slightly off balance, numbness, weakness, nausea and minor forgetfulness (just single words) collapsed bout 3 mnths ago with mild seizure have been under serious stress last 2 yrs this is what docs r diagnosing, but im now starting to think its a sumthing else. Any ideas as what it may be or am i manifesting problems from stress?
