I have found this very annoying and nosy......My husband died years?

ago when i was in my 20's from a fatal construction accident. Now nosy people will ask and that is what i say...Then they will ask how did it happen?..I am SHOCKED that they would even try to make me re-live that horrible PAINFUL time???? So i politely say.."I DO NOT relive it"...and then the stupid person will say..'WHY?"..(THEY HAVE NO CLUE, that i have had to move on from that very difficult time!)...and i just say with my head down."because it was very painful". What is wrong with people like that??? and when i am on a date...THE DATE WILL ASK ..'DID YOU GET ANY INSURANCE MONEY??"...and i just look at them shockingly...and say..."NO MUCH WE WERE YOUNG and i do not have any in case that is what you were looking for"..and then they say..'OH NO, I WAS JUST ASKING"...i really find it offensive and want to just walk away and sometimes i do!!!
