Can I use these lenses with the Pentax K-x?

I recently got the pentax k-x, and i wanted to get an affordable, good macro/telephoto lens. So I was thinking about getting the Sigma 70-300mm f/4-5.6 DG Macro Telephoto Zoom Lens but i was wondering if it would fit?
