I was following a recipe for clic shortbread and they said 250g of er at room temperature but i warmed it in the microwave anyway because it would take forever to melt. It seemed a lot but i followed it. while i was kneading the dough it was a bit too gooey and very moist and oily and it would stay together but i went on. Now i put it in the oven and a lot of er has risen to the top and im worried. Is that normal??? will it come together at the end??
