How curious are you?

I visited a friend last year, more a work acquaintance really. He was showing me around his newly-purchased (4 months)house. When we got to the basement he shows me his workshop. I noticed a door with an old-fashioned keyhole-type lock. I asked him what was behind it. He said he didn't know and didn't have a key to it. Then odd thing to me was he didn't really seem curious about it. 'Probably nothing in there' was his comment. Personally I'd HAVE to know what was behind that door. It probably is nothing but my curiosity is too strong to not find a way through that door. I brought it up on Friday and he STILL hadn't looked! How can someone be so uncurios!?
