I can't remember this top news story from about ten years ago need help?

I don't have very much information about it because I was young. But it was world news I remember seeing it on CNN. It was a little boy he looked latin, or of that sort of heritage. I don't know if he was being held hostage or what. But soldiers raided the house and took him and one of the pictures in magazines at the time showed someone holding the boy in a closet and a soldier with a gun invading. I want to say his name was something like Emile? Emilo? something like that. When it showed news footage of him on tv i remember one time he was sitting on a bed eating mcdonalds and it was sent in like a home video. I am uming it was about ten years ago or in that time frame. Please help or if you know where i could look for this story. Thanks!
