I have an 02 Ford Ranger and have a problem with a popping noise? read details?

Yeah when I am driving slowly in my apartment complex, I hear this really faint popping noise. I feel it on my floorboard and on the gas pedal as I am driving, sometimes when I am steering but not so much. It more or less happens as I am just driving in a straight line I feel a slight popping noise and can just barely hear it. I don't think its my cv joints cuz I remember hearing that before and its not loud like a cv joint going out. But.. could it be the cv joints going out? I have 115,000 miles on it right now. its a 2 wheel drive four door ranger 6 cylinder
