If you did get your brother an iPhone, you;d be wasting money, because he probably wouldn't know half the functions of that thing, and would grow tired of it when he gets older. The iPhone is $399. If you wait a little until your little brother is more mature, then you could get him an iPhone for a substantially lower price in the future. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention safety issues with the iPhone. If your little brother were to wear those signature Apple white headphones in a bad neighborhood or making or taking a call with it, he'd be better off wearing a big sign that read "mug me".
