Is it possible to bus someone from Pittsburgh to somewhere closer to wilkes-barre?

Someone I know is currently stranded in an area near Pittsburgh, and need to make it to Wilkes-barre, however, if she can make it as close as say, Allentown, I can drive to get her. I've had little luck finding a bus and was wondering is someone knew a better way. She needs to be out by the 22nd and has very little money. Thank you in advance.
