Should I get a C4 or C6?

I have a 1988 LTD Crown Victoria with 302, I plan on getting a 347 stroker kit or maybe 351W. I called o'reilly auto parts and priced a re-manufactured c6 transmission for a 302. The price is pretty reasonable with a 3 year unlimited mileage warranty. Im also going to swap the rear end to equal lok with 3.73 gears.
